Whether your body feels tense from sitting or your mind feels scattered from a busy week, this gentle and accessible practice helps you slow down, soften, and return to a more grounded state. Modifications are always offered, with a focus on listening to your body and moving toward ease.
Release & Reset is your weekly reminder that you don’t need to carry it all.
Through breath, movement, and stillness, we’ll melt away mental fatigue, physical tightness, and emotional buildup, making space for clarity, calm, and presence as you move into your weekend.
